Registration
Registration will begin April 15, 2023.
- Student Registration discounts will only be valid if there is an accompanying Co-Author attendee who submits a Full Registration fee. Therefore a student discount attendee will need to provide the name and email address of another accompanying individual who is paying either the 4M, I2M2, IFMM Member fee or the Non-Member fee. Student discount users acknowledge that if their student fee is not accompanied by a full paying registration fee attendee that they will be charged the difference of a student fee and non-member fee.
- 4M, I2M2 and IFMM members receive a discounted rate for this event. If you are interested in becoming an I2M2 member follow this link.
- Conference Registration includes daily breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks, along with a Welcome Reception on Sept 18 and Dinner Boat Cruise on Sept 20.
Visa Invitation Letter.
International attendees of WCMNM may need a letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa to visit the US.
If you need a letter of invitation from the conference committee, please contact us with your submitted paper title and we will process it as soon as possible.
